Kevin has been married to Brenda, who is a teacher, for over 18 years and they have three children, Madison, Jamie and Kale. His father was a carpenter by trade, so Kevin became familiar with tools and the building process at a very young age. Through out his high school years he helped his father. The next seven years he took part in building custom homes with a local builder. His experiences included many of the skills that he uses now: kitchen cabinetry, trim, moldings, entertainment centers, headboards and other wood furnishings- just to name a few. Kevin and Kelvin have both been on the management side of real estate as they have managed rental property also. It was only natural that Kevin continued down the real estate path when establishing his own home building business.
Kelvin has been married to Genevieve, who is a RN in the OR, for over 25 years and they have two children. Grant, who has been in the Marines and served two tours in Iraq and Jessica, who is a Culinary Arts student with hopes of being a chef one day. They keep busy in their spare time by participating in church activities and working on their farm where they live. Kelvin has earned an Associated Arts Degree and has always been interested in the home building industry. He has worked on numerous construction projects before making the decision to start a business with his friend, Kevin, whom he met while working at their previous place of employment.
They are members of the Home Builders Association and bring a total of over 20 years in combined experience in the area of construction to their custom home building business. Their mission is to provide a quality home while giving each of their buyers the individual attention that K&K Homes Inc. feels people deserve and do it in a timely manner. They strive to make the home building experience for their customers a fun and joyful one.
